This training is broken up into 3 parts, one for each week.
You'll begin each week with a detailed teaching portion that will give you tools and methods for how to incorporate simple techniques into your daily life to foster peace from within.
You'll also have a guided meditation that will serve as the basis for what you'll focus on during the week to cultivate peace in an ongoing experience.
